To protect the timeliness of product repair, please make sure that all information on the request for repair is filled in accurately, as any errors will affect the progress of the repair.

Upon submission of the request for repair, please include a description of the failure of the product, etc. and send it in the box with the product to Physis (Repair center in Hangzhou Bay New District). Please never send accessories other than Physis products together.

Please select a door-to-door express or logistics service (no prepaid service) to avoid impact on the repair process.

Upon delivery of the repair, please keep an eye on the progress and contact the recipient of the after-sales service in case of any questions.
