(1) Scenarios for collection and use of your personal information

When you submit inquiries via modules such as “Contact Us”, “Industry Applications & Solutions”, “Product Center” on Physis Technology’s official website or the “Contact Us” module on Physis Technology’s official WeChat account, we collect your contact information including name, country/region, job title, company name, telephone number, industry affiliation, email address, as well as inquiry information including product‑related content and your inquiry text, so that we can contact you timely and respond to your inquiries.

When you submit a repair application via the “Self‑Service After‑Sales” module on Physis Technology’s official website, we collect: ‑ Contact information: company name, sender name, sender’s telephone number, sending date; ‑ Logistics information: logistics company, logistics tracking number, recipient name, recipient’s telephone number, recipient’s mailing address; ‑ Warranty information: serial number of the product under repair, model number, fault description. The above information is collected to generate repair orders for after‑sales service.

(2) Exceptions for collection and use of your personal information

Please be fully aware that under the following statutory circumstances, we may collect and use personal information without obtaining your authorization and consent:

  1. Necessary for conclusion or performance of a contract to which you are a party, or necessary for performing instructions and service requirements of an enterprise customer with authorization from such enterprise customer;
  2. Necessary for implementing human resources management in accordance with legally formulated labor rules and regulations and legally concluded collective contracts;
  3. Necessary for performing statutory duties or obligations, for instance, statutory duties or obligations directly related to national security, national defense security, public security, as well as judicial investigation, prosecution, trial and enforcement of judgments;

(1) Storage location

  1. Processing principle In accordance with laws and regulations, personal information collected within the territory of the People’s Republic of China shall be stored within mainland China.
  2. Cross‑border transmission If your personal information is to be transferred from mainland China to overseas jurisdictions, we will strictly comply with legal provisions. We will satisfy conditions prescribed by laws, administrative regulations and competent national cyberspace administration authorities (including completing security assessment, obtaining personal information protection certification, signing agreements with overseas recipients using standard contracts formulated by competent authorities).   1. We mainly provide comprehensive and customized electric drive systems and solutions for enterprise clients. Except for cases required by law, we do not collect sensitive personal information. Please refrain from submitting sensitive personal information to us.
  2. If information you voluntarily submit contains sensitive personal information, you understand and agree that given the complexity of internet security, 100 % system and information security cannot be guaranteed. Although we adopt multiple necessary measures to protect your personal information, leakage of your sensitive personal information may result in infringement upon your personal dignity or threats to your personal and property safety.
  3. We will conduct prior personal information protection impact assessments and keep records of processing activities.
  4. We will adopt encryption and other security measures for sensitive personal information, and will not publicly disclose or sell such information without your explicit consent.

(2) Protection of minors’ personal information

  1. We mainly provide comprehensive and customized electric drive systems and solutions for enterprise clients. Except for cases required by law, we do not collect personal information of children under fourteen years of age. Please refrain from submitting personal information of children under fourteen to us.
  2. If you are a minor under fourteen years of age, please do not provide your personal information to us. Where we collect personal information of children under fourteen with consent from their parents or other guardians, we process such information only when legally permitted, with explicit guardian consent, and where such processing is necessary.
  3. Please do not submit any personal information of children under fourteen years of age in materials you provide to us.

(1) Exercise of your legitimate rights and interests
