Die-casting machine is divided into cold- chamber die casting machine and hot- chamber die-casting machines, casting substrate materials of which include aluminum alloy, copper alloy, magnesium alloy, etc. Die-casting machine is used in such industries as automobile, home appliances, 3C, mechanical and electrical tools, building materials, etc. In recent years, a variety of industries adopting die-casting machines have made technological progress and require castings with thin walls and light weight, thus putting forward a higher requirement with regards to the die-casting technology.
