On February 7, 2020, the opening ceremony of OSAIcnc SRL, a subsidiary of Physis in Italy, was grandly held in Turin, Italy. Alberto Cirio, Head of Piedmont, Italy, Giulia Marcon, Head of International Affairs and Business Cooperation and other leaders of Piedmont, Gianfranco Carbonato, Chairman of Prima Group, Domenico Peiretti, President of Prima Electro SpA, and Angelo Carenzo, General Manager of Physis Green Energy Technology (Italy) Co., Ltd. were invited to attend the ceremony to witness the new journey of OSAIcnc SRL.
After Physis completed the acquisition of the equity of OSAIcnc S.R.L, OSAIcnc S.R.L was re-located in Ivrea, Turin, Italy. After two months of intensive preparations, it was finally officially opened on February 7. At the opening ceremony, Federico Ziliani, General Manager of OSAIcnc S.R.L, first reviewed the development history of OSAI, focusing on the acquisition of the equity of OSAI by Physis, and expressed his determination to lead OSAI to a new level. Subsequently, Gianfranco Carbonato, Chairman of Prima Group, and Domenico Peiretti, President of Prima Electro S.p.A, made speeches, saying that Prima Group will fully support the development of OSAIcnc S.R.L and continue to deepen the strategic cooperation with Physis. Finally, Alberto Cirio, Head of Piedmont, Italy, delivered a speech, expressing his warm congratulations on the opening of OSAI, and emphasizing that OSAI is a successful model of cooperation between Italy and China, and the government will give strong support.
